KUBIQ Studio is not in the business of selling ready-made units. We develop the wellness space together with you — from the first conversation to final execution, delivery, and commissioning.
Investing in a sauna, a wellness pavilion, or a complete outdoor wellness zone only makes sense if the solution is aligned with the space, the way it will be used, the technical conditions, and the expected level of experience.
That is why our process is not designed as catalogue-based selling, but as a guided development of a solution that is aesthetically convincing, technically correct, and sustainable in the long term.
Every project begins with understanding the context — the space, the goal, the intended use, the budget framework, and the timeline. We do not start with a ready-made solution, but with the right questions that help us develop something that truly fits the situation.
Based on the conversation, we develop the spatial direction and the first concept — including visualizations, spatial proposals, and suggested materials. The goal is for you to clearly see how the future wellness space looks and functions before making any decision.
Once the concept is confirmed, we develop the systems, materials, dimensions, and technical details. At the end of this step, you receive a precise proposal — not a rough estimate, but a concrete scope and price.
We build the project under controlled conditions and deliver it as a complete, ready-to-use solution. Transport, installation, and commissioning are part of the process — you do not need to coordinate multiple contractors.
The typical duration depends on the complexity of the project, the configuration, and the location.
Mario leads the development of KUBIQ projects with a focus on what the client ultimately gets: a well-framed concept, a technically correct solution, and a premium execution that looks and functions exactly as it should.
The KUBIQ approach was built on a combination of sales experience, technical understanding, and years of work on bespoke projects — without off-the-shelf logic and without compromises that later prove costly.
In a premium wellness project, equipment and materials are not a detail — they directly affect durability, the user experience, and the overall impression of the space.

It depends on the complexity of the project. Smaller projects (Solo, Compact) can be completed in 8–12 weeks, while more complex projects (Standard, Ultimate) can take 3–6 months. We provide a more precise estimate after the first conversation.
Everything is bespoke. The concepts (Solo, Compact, Standard, Ultimate) serve as a starting point for project scope and investment range, but we develop every project individually according to the space, needs, and client requirements.

Send us the basic information via the contact form — location, approximate dimensions, what you want to achieve, and a few photos of the space if you have them. Based on that, we can quickly assess which direction makes the most sense.
Let's start with a short conversation and define what truly makes sense for your space.
