  • Project details (type, location, dimensions, message)

Additionally, if you accept cookies, we collect anonymous usage data via Google Analytics 4.

3. Purpose of processing

We use data from the contact form exclusively to:

  • respond to your inquiry
  • prepare a proposal or quote for your project
  • communicate regarding the potential project

We use analytics data to understand how visitors use the site and to improve user experience.

4. Legal basis

Processing of data from the contact form is based on your consent (by submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. Analytical cookies are activated only with your explicit consent.

5. Cookies

We use the following cookies:

  • kubiq_cookies (localStorage) — stores your cookie preference. Duration: persistent until deleted.
  • Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) — analytical cookies for anonymous visit tracking. Activated only if you accept cookies. Duration: up to 2 years.

We do not use cookies for advertising, remarketing, or cross-site tracking.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties, except:

  • Google Analytics — anonymous visit data (only with your consent)
  • Pipedrive CRM — contact form data is stored in our CRM for project management

7. Storage and security

We store data on secure servers within the EU. Access is limited exclusively to the KUBIQ Studio team. We retain data only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your personal data
  • rectification of inaccurate data
  • erasure of data ("right to be forgotten")
  • restriction of processing
  • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (AZOP — Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency)
